Who controls the data
Wiz is the controller of the personal data processed through this site. For anything related to privacy, including requests for access, correction or deletion, the contact is getwizdigital@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We collect two kinds of data. The first is what you provide yourself, such as name, email, phone number and information about your operation, sent when you book a conversation or get in touch. The second is navigation data collected automatically, such as pages visited, time on page, traffic source, device type, browser and IP address.
What we use it for
We use the data to respond to your enquiry and run the commercial conversation, to understand how the site is used and improve it, to measure the performance of our campaigns, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent for non-essential cookies and for any communication you opt into; on pre-contractual steps when you approach us to hire a service; and on legitimate interest for site security and service improvement, always respecting your rights.
Cookies and measurement technologies
Essential cookies keep the site working and cannot be turned off, including the cookie that stores your language preference and the one that records your choice in the cookie notice. Measurement and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept them. We use third-party tools to measure audience and campaign results, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Conversions API, which may receive conversion events server-side. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers needed to run the site and our customer service, such as hosting, messaging platforms, scheduling tools, CRM and ad platforms. These providers process the data under our instructions. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data for as long as needed to run the commercial relationship and meet legal obligations. Navigation data is kept for shorter periods, defined by each measurement tool. After those periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Brazil's LGPD gives you the right to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymisation or deletion, ask for portability, withdraw consent and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to getwizdigital@gmail.com. We respond within 15 days.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data, including encrypted traffic, permission-based access control and credentials isolated to the server environment. No system is entirely immune, but we treat any incident as a priority and notify those affected when there is meaningful risk.
